Kaikki kunnossa. Tämä karkki tuplaa hyvät bakteerit ja terveellisen annoksen prebioottista FOS:ää auttaakseen pitämään asiat tasapainossa*
I’ve been taking these after breakfast for about three weeks and my digestion has felt noticeably smoother, especially after heavier meals. The peach flavor is mild and not overly sweet, which makes it easy to remember daily.
Three weeks in and my gut is acting right — the peach flavor is actually pleasant, not chalky like some gummies, and the FOS prebiotic seems to be doing its job since I haven't had that bloated feeling after dinners lately.
My stomach feels noticeably calmer by mid-afternoon since I started these, and the peach flavor is mild enough that I actually look forward to the gummy. The prebiotic FOS in the blend seems to make a real difference, not just the probiotics alone.
