Three weeks in and my digestion is finally predictable again, and those 10 strains seem to do the trick without any bloating. I take one capsule with breakfast and honestly forgot it was even working until I realized I hadn’t had a single upset stomach day since.
My stomach feels noticeably calmer by mid-afternoon now, which is a huge win for me since I used to get bloated after lunch. The capsule is easy to swallow and I like that it’s a once-daily routine I actually remember.
