Three gummies before bed and I’m honestly shocked how regular I’ve been by morning—the plum berry taste is mild enough that I don’t dread taking them, and the prune and rhubarb combo clearly does the heavy lifting. Woke up feeling lighter for the first time in weeks.
I was skeptical about another gut health supplement, but taking two of these before bed actually made my mornings feel less sluggish. The plum berry flavor is mild enough that it doesn't linger, and the rhubarb and prune combo seems to do the trick without any cramping.
The plum berry taste is actually pleasant, not medicinal like I feared. I've been taking two gummies before bed and my 7 a.m. routine is noticeably easier now.
