Three weeks in and I’ve stopped dreading the afternoon slump—my gut feels steadier, and the cortisol support is honestly the reason I stuck with it. The capsules are easy to swallow and don’t leave that weird aftertaste I’ve dealt with before.
My digestion feels noticeably calmer since I started these, and I love that they target cortisol support too—my stress levels feel more manageable by the afternoon. The capsules are easy to swallow and I haven't had any bloating, which is a win for me.
