The blackberry flavor is genuinely pleasant, not that fake syrupy taste you get with other sleep gummies. I take one about 30 minutes before bed and the melatonin blend has me drifting off smoothly without that groggy feeling the next morning.
The tincture dropper makes dosing so easy, and the melatonin kicks in gently—I'm asleep within twenty minutes without that groggy morning haze. Blackberry Zen’s a nice switch from my usual chamomile.
The blackberry zen taste is genuinely delicious, not overly sweet or medicinal. These gummies melt my stress after a long day, and I'm out cold about 30 minutes later.
