Berry Rested flavor actually tastes like berries instead of that chalky supplement nonsense, which makes the 40-count jar easy to finish. I take two about an hour before bed and my legs feel less heavy the next morning after leg day.
I’ve been taking these about 30 minutes before bed for a week now, and I’m actually waking up less groggy than usual. The berry taste is mild enough that I don’t dread chewing one, and the 40-count jar has lasted me longer than I expected.
The berry flavor is actually pleasant, not chalky like most sleep supplements I've tried. I pop one about 30 minutes before bed and wake up feeling genuinely rested, even after my evening workouts.
