The gummy dissolves fast enough that my son doesn't even fight it, and we've gone from an hour of stall tactics to lights out in about fifteen minutes. It's been three weeks and I'm actually starting to look forward to bedtime again.

Bath time used to be the calm part and bedtime the chaos, but giving this to my daughter about 20 minutes before lights-out has genuinely flipped our evening script. She's asleep faster and stays down, which means I finally get a quiet hour to myself again.

Our preschooler used to take forever to wind down, but since we’ve added this to the nighttime routine, she’s actually asking to go to bed. The fact that it’s melatonin-free is a big relief for us, and it’s been a gentle way to ease her into sleep without any grogginess the next morning.
