The capsule is small and easy to swallow, which I appreciate since I struggle with bigger pills. After a week of taking one each morning with breakfast, that heavy, gassy feeling after meals has noticeably backed off. This 25-day supply is the perfect size to test if it works for you.
Took one capsule after a heavy dinner and the bloating that usually keeps me up at night just didn't happen—woke up feeling like myself again. The 25-count bottle is easy to keep on my nightstand, and I've already ordered a second one.
These are perfect for the evenings when I overdo it at dinner and end up feeling uncomfortably full. I took one after a heavy meal and the bloating pressure eased noticeably within a couple of hours, which is a huge relief. The 25-capsule supply is nice because it lasts me through most of the month.
