Julian T. ★★★★★

The gel caps are easy to swallow, which matters when you take them daily, and I've noticed my skin looks clearer since starting this routine. Between the omega-3s and the hair/skin/nails support, it covers everything I was taking separately.

Riley ★★★★★

Three weeks in and my hair actually feels thicker when I brush it, plus I love that the softgels combine the multivitamin and omega-3 so I don’t need a second bottle. They’re easy to swallow, no fishy aftertaste either.

Miles ★★★★★

I’ve been taking these for about three weeks now and my hair and nails genuinely feel stronger, which I didn’t expect from a multi. The omega-3 in the same softgel is a nice touch since I was already taking fish oil separately.
