Och, kochanie.
I usually forget to take vitamins, but the small size of these makes it easy to swallow, and I've noticed my energy hasn't dipped as much during my second trimester.
Six weeks in and I actually look forward to my morning ritual with these—the coating makes them easy to swallow, which I was nervous about. The steady cellular energy support is noticeable, especially on days when I'd normally hit a 2 p.m. wall.
Third trimester here and my energy has been noticeably steadier since switching to these—the cellular energy support is real. They're also gentle on my stomach, which was my biggest worry with any supplement right now.
