Disse myke kapslene er en herlig blanding av ingredienser som støtter sunne søvnrytmer og en rolig natt på så mange måter.*

The 60-count bottle lasted me a full month, and the softgels themselves are easy to swallow without any nasty aftertaste. I’ve noticed I fall asleep faster and stay down through the night, which the melatonin and magnesium combo clearly supports.
I’ve been taking these about three weeks now, and the melatonin-magnesium combo finally quiets my brain enough that I’m asleep before my head hits the pillow. The softgels are easy to swallow, no weird aftertaste, and the 60-count is exactly a month’s worth for me.
