Fell asleep about 20 minutes after taking these, and the melatonin dose feels just right—not groggy at all the next morning. The strawberry taste is subtle enough that it doesn't linger, which I appreciate.
The strawberry flavor is a nice touch and masks any aftertaste, which I appreciate. I’ve been using the melatonin blend for a week now and fall asleep about 20 minutes after taking it, feeling groggy-free in the morning.
Took this about 30 minutes before bed and the melatonin hit just right — my mind stopped spinning and I actually drifted off without the usual tossing. The strawberry dusk vibe is calming too, not too sweet. Woke up feeling like I actually slept, which is rare for me.
