Deze softgels zijn een heerlijke mix van ingrediënten voor talloze voordelen die een gezonde slaapcyclus en een rustgevende nacht ondersteunen.*
I’ve been taking one about an hour before bed and the 60-softgel bottle has easily carried me through a full month. The melatonin and magnesium blend feels gentle, and I’m actually waking up less groggy than with plain melatonin.
The 60-count bottle lasted me a full month, and the softgels themselves are easy to swallow without any nasty aftertaste. I’ve noticed I fall asleep faster and stay down through the night, which the melatonin and magnesium combo clearly supports.
I’ve been taking these about three weeks now, and the melatonin-magnesium combo finally quiets my brain enough that I’m asleep before my head hits the pillow. The softgels are easy to swallow, no weird aftertaste, and the 60-count is exactly a month’s worth for me.
