Wij helpen je graag meer OM en minder O.M.G. te vinden. Magnesium speelt een sleutelrol bij het vinden van rust in je routine—of het nu na een lange dag is, na beweging, of wanneer je even tot rust wilt komen.*
Took it after a long run and felt the tension drain from my shoulders within the hour—that magnesium really does its job. The capsule's easy to swallow, no weird aftertaste, and I've actually started looking forward to that post-workout calm instead of reaching for a second coffee.
My evening wind-down finally feels complete now—this magnesium dissolves easily and calms that post-workday mental chatter without making me drowsy. I've settled into a rhythm of taking it about an hour before bed and the difference in my sleep quality is noticeable.
I’ve been taking this after my workouts and the difference in how quickly I unwind is real. It dissolves easily in water and doesn’t leave that chalky aftertaste I’ve dealt with before. Definitely part of my nightly routine now.
