The 1 billion cfu probiotic boost is what sold me—I feel like my digestion has been calmer since starting these. It’s nice to get my daily nutrients and gut support in one simple morning routine, no extra pill to remember.
I was waking up groggy every morning before I started taking these, but about three weeks in, I actually feel like I have steady energy through the afternoon. The 1 billion cfu probiotic blend is a nice touch since I’ve noticed my digestion is way more regular, too.
