I’ve been taking these with breakfast for a few weeks now and the fact that they’re small enough to swallow without gagging is a big win for me. They’ve definitely helped me feel more covered on days when my lunch is just a sad desk salad.
Doesn't taste like a chalky horse pill, which I appreciate since I'm bad at taking vitamins daily. It's a solid way to cover the nutritional holes on my lazier eating days.
