These have been sitting on my nightstand for three weeks now, and the combination of melatonin and L-Theanine finally quiets my racing brain enough that I'm asleep before my podcast episode ends. I still wake up once a night sometimes, but falling back asleep is way easier than it used to be.
I’ve been waking up feeling actually rested instead of groggy, and the melatonin plus L-Theanine combo seems to do the trick without any weird dreams. The gummies are easy to chew and don’t leave that bitter aftertaste I’ve had with other sleep aids.
Fell asleep faster than I have in months, and I actually stayed asleep through the night instead of waking up at 3am. The combo of melatonin and L-Theanine really does the trick for me.
