섬유 구미 링

The texture is exactly like a classic gummy ring, but the prebiotic fiber is such a sneaky win—I’ve been swapping these in for dessert after lunch and my gut feels noticeably less sluggish by evening. Five grams per serving is way more than I expected from something this chewy and sweet.

I keep a bag on my desk because I always forget to take fiber, and these rings actually make me look forward to that afternoon snack. The 5g of prebiotic fiber per serving is real, and the texture is chewy without being sticky like most gummies I've tried.

The 5g of prebiotic fiber per serving is no joke, I actually feel fuller after a couple of these than I do from my usual snack. They genuinely taste like candy rings, not like something trying to be healthy. It’s the easiest way I’ve found to get a fiber boost without choking down a powder.
