プレサイズプロバイオティクス スキン

My bloating has calmed down way more than I expected after taking this consistently for a couple weeks, and I like that it targets both gut and skin since I struggle with both. The capsules are easy to swallow and I haven't had any stomach upset, which is usually my issue with probiotics.

Three weeks in and I've noticed my digestion feels steadier after meals, plus my occasional breakouts have calmed down noticeably. The capsules are easy to swallow and don't leave any aftertaste, which I appreciate since I'm sensitive to that kind of thing.

My skin didn't clear up overnight, but after about three weeks of taking these daily I noticed my usual breakouts were noticeably less inflamed, and my digestion felt more regular too. The capsules have no smell and don't cause any bloating, which is a win for me.
