The berry tangerine taste is surprisingly pleasant, not at all like a chalky supplement. I've been taking one before my afternoon work block and the focus definitely feels sharper, especially during those last couple of hours. It's become a solid part of my daily routine.
The ginseng kick is noticeable about 20 minutes after I take one, and I actually got through my entire afternoon report without tab-hopping for once. The tangy tangerine taste is pleasant enough that I don't dread the daily dose.
