I was skeptical about how "alive" the cultures would stay, but this really does hit strong—by day three my digestion was noticeably less sluggish. The gut + immune combo in one capsule is what sold me, and it's delivered so far.
My stomach finally feels calm by mid-morning instead of that heavy, bloated fog, and the capsules don't cause any weird gas like other brands have. Two weeks in and I've actually noticed fewer random sniffles too, which is a bonus I wasn't expecting from a gut supplement.
Third bottle in a row, and my digestion stays steady even on chaotic travel weeks. The capsules are easy to swallow and I like that the live cultures arrive ready to work instead of sitting on a shelf.
