Natalie ★★★★★

Three weeks in and the afternoon vending machine trip is officially a thing of the past. The chromium picolinate really seems to take the edge off my sugar cravings, and I’ve even noticed my energy stays steadier between meals with the green tea extract.

Joseph ★★★★★

My snack drawer has gone from a daily emergency to a once-a-week thing. The chromium picolinate seems to actually calm those late-afternoon sugar urges, and the capsule is easy to swallow even without food.

Three weeks in and I’ve noticed my afternoon snack attacks have quieted down a lot, which is huge for me since I work from home near the kitchen. The capsule is easy to swallow and I like that it’s a 30-day supply in one bottle, so I don’t have to reorder constantly.
